The Roast

Where green beans
become coffee.

Before a coffee reaches your cup, there is a lot that happens behind the scenes.

01

Select

We carefully source quality 100% Arabica coffee from Africa and South America.

02

Sort

Green coffee is inspected, cleaned and sorted before roasting.

Foreign material, debris and defective beans are removed.

03

Roast

Each origin is roasted separately.

Different coffees have different characteristics — moisture, density, structure and flavour potential. Roasting them individually allows us to work with those differences rather than compromise them.

04

Cool

Once the desired roast is reached, the coffee is rapidly cooled to stop the roasting process.

05

Check

We track our roasting process, assess the roasted beans and taste the final brew.

Because the real test is not the colour of the bean. It is what happens in the cup.

06

Pack

Freshly roasted coffee is packed carefully to protect its quality and flavour.

From green bean to roasted coffee.
Every step matters.

Why medium roast?

Balance.

A medium roast gives us room to showcase the character of the coffee without overpowering it.

It can preserve the brightness and complexity of the bean while developing the body, sweetness and depth we want in the cup.

The result?

Coffee that is approachable enough to enjoy every day, but interesting enough to make you stop and taste it.

Whole beans or ground?

Your coffee. Your way.

Whole Beans

For those who prefer to grind just before brewing. Grinding immediately before brewing helps preserve the coffee's aroma and flavour.

Ground

For convenience. Tell us how you brew your coffee and choose the grind that suits your method.
